This is great! I've built mine out like this as well but how do i get only my "to-dos" to show up in my assigned list instead of everything that's in clickup? my assigned list has EVERYTHING in clickup thats asigned to me (due to the one-person workspace setting) but it's super OVERWHELMING! because I see my tech stack, my ideas list, my finances list, my client lists...which is how I stumbled on this video to declutter clickup. I need help!

Ah-yes! I'd recommend creating custom views from that Everything view. This way, you can see what tasks you need see based on where they are sitting inside your ClickUp hierarchy.

Hey Angela! Just getting caught up on comments🙈 Great question! If you only want to include a task description in a Template, make sure to edit your Import Options before completely saving the Template. You'll want to select "Customize included items." Then, uncheck everything you don't want to be included in your Task Template except the "Description." Save you the Template as usual, and you should only see a Task description when the Template is applied.
