The whole set of issue You have not discussed here. What you are made of ------- can be a reason for your anxiety. Say you are subjected to anxiety for even very small problems in your life, whereas some people who are scammers (Nirav Modi, Mehul, Vijay Mallya) are happened to be strong headed, they flew out of the country at the right time, even though they messed up with People's Money (Indian Banks). So, you overcome problems in your life only when you have the right mindset. My point is: Problems are problems because your mind is telling so.

"How to Overcome Anxiety & Fear of Rejection | Col. Rajeev Bharwan | #colrajeevbharwan" Summary: The video discusses strategies for overcoming anxiety, fear of rejection, and handling responsibilities, particularly among the youth. The main points covered include: 1. Managing Anxiety: - Procrastination and leaving tasks to the last minute can lead to increased anxiety. - Taking responsibility for one's actions and being organized can help reduce anxiety. 2. Expression and Communication: - Many people struggle with expressing themselves, especially on social media platforms. - Open communication with friends, family members, and partners is crucial for overall well-being. 3. Fear of Rejection: - Fear of rejection often prevents people from taking initiative and putting themselves out there. - Overcoming this fear involves taking small steps, persevering through setbacks, and building self-confidence. 4. Responsibility and Self-Reliance: - The speaker emphasizes the importance of being responsible, particularly for one's own actions and decisions. - Self-reliance, such as performing basic tasks and chores independently, is encouraged. 5. Setting a Good Example: - The speaker stresses the need to be a positive role model, especially for younger generations. - Breaking negative patterns and creating a better environment for personal growth is highlighted. 6. Seeking Help and Guidance: - The video encourages seeking help from teachers, mentors, or online resources when facing challenges or needing guidance. - Continuous learning and self-improvement are promoted. Critical Analysis: 1. Assumptions and Biases: - The video assumes a certain level of privilege and resources, as self-reliance and taking responsibility may be more challenging for those facing socioeconomic or systemic barriers. - There is an emphasis on individual responsibility, while the role of external factors or circumstances is not extensively addressed. 2. Cultural and Generational Nuances: - The advice and perspectives presented may resonate more with specific cultural or generational contexts. - The importance of open communication and breaking negative patterns could be influenced by traditional values or societal norms. 3. Mental Health Considerations: - While the video provides general strategies for managing anxiety, it may oversimplify the complexities of mental health issues, which often require professional support and guidance. - The discussion on fear of rejection could benefit from a more nuanced approach, acknowledging the potential impact of past experiences or trauma. 4. Alternative Perspectives: - The video primarily focuses on individual efforts and personal growth, but it could also explore the role of support systems, community resources, or systemic changes in addressing these challenges. - Different cultural or personal values may prioritize alternative approaches, such as collectivism, spirituality, or specific coping mechanisms. 5. Practical Application: - The video provides practical examples and personal anecdotes, which can make the advice more relatable and easier to apply. - However, some viewers may find it challenging to translate the general principles into specific action plans tailored to their unique circumstances. Overall, the video offers valuable insights and strategies for overcoming anxiety, fear of rejection, and taking responsibility, but it could benefit from a more inclusive and nuanced approach that acknowledges the diverse experiences and challenges faced by different individuals and communities.

Ya mujhe exit ka path bata do main chala jaunga. Mera sara interest khatam ho gaya hain social hone ka kahin jana to bhul hi jao. Mujhe 1se 2 saal saab se pure tarah isolate hon hain.mujhe mera mental peace wapas chahiye, main tumhare tarah life nahi ji sakta, at least not on your terms.

I think the guest is being very harsh. For many people, may be dependant on their parents for basics ( food, safety, shelter), and would be at risk of violence and abuse , if they admit mistakes/ask for something/expressing their honest views. To suggest to them, be bold and speak to parents is not the right approach. If you home situation is not supportive, then find a mentor/friend to help you , so you can find a place to stay safely and take care of basics. Then slowly and surely, start taking steps towards your new life. Staying in a toxic environment, will make anxiety and mental heath worse... I say all this from pers experience.
