How to Overcome Dizziness and Vertigo

I'm just a 10yo girl and my mom has Severe Vertigo. I've been scrolling and scrolling through Vertigo-curing videos and I found this. It looked too easy so I didn't believe it just yet so I spun around the room a LOT of times and I was SOOO dizzy that I would take more than an hour to get recovered. I get vertigo once every 4-5 months. The room starts spinning in circles for a minute and it gets less in a minute. After that when I get up it feels like I've lost my balance. This happens for usually 1-2-3 days and then after 4-5 months. Hope you all get well

@@kokobean240 I get diarrhea too. An ENT PA who I've consulted with a couple of times thinks it might be vestibular migraines. There is not much you can do but "ride it" out.

My vertigo started a month ago! My brain MRI was normal. ENT doctors say that my ears are fine! Neurologists are clueless. I’m having this 24/7 on still don’t know the reason. My symptoms include fullness in the ear, feeling of something moving in the ear, vertigo, that’s it. Any tips?

Check for sinusitus? I had 2 ENTs point it out as reason for vertigo? I also had fullness and pressure in my ears

After all the years of having Menieres diseases and constant ear ringing , it is nice to sit in a quiet restaurant without anything bothering me. Even the fullness in the bad ear is hardly noticeable. Get seen and checked for sepsis. Yes it can be. I went to CVS minute clinic and the Dr said I'd get sepsis/septic shock in 2 weeks if I didn't take antibiotics and get tooth taken out asap this is rare but possible
