Let the thoughts run in ur mind,, let the symptoms be there,, leave every coping techniques (supplement, oil etc etc) Try to act like normal... Don't get involved with ur thoughts (overthinking),, try to socialize urself,, make healthy routine,, don't sit alone and think for long hrs.... Ur nervous system will desensitizee again... U will overcome... Watch shaan's video to understand more better... And learn to stop overthinking...

Everyone’s anxiety in the morning typically comes as short of breath , chest tightness , or the feeling of vomiting and going to the toilet, it happens every morning to most of anxiety individuals, but cortisol was what causes stress hormones all throughout the day, and yes it makes you overreact to little body pain or numbness but I’ve been doing exercises everyday to distract that’s stress and when I’m not doing anything I meditate most of the day and not focus on anything else, it helps a little bit but one step at a time.

this helped quite alot. it's really hard to comprehend why you would be afraid when logically you know you're completely safe and everything is fine. but basically 'fight or flight' is kicking on at inappropriate times. you see i've known this for years having fought anxiety on and off since 2002 but i never realized why it tends to be worse right when i wake up and why it is often preceded by unpleasant dreams. and, no, you can't "logic" your way out of it but through videos like this and things like 'eft' tapping and whatnot it can be brought under some kind of control.

I’ve dealt with anxiety for around 10 years and it does get better! Yes I still get anxiety but less strong, it’s shorter and I know how to deal with it. Usually if I get morning anxiety now it’s after falling into a small panic/ anxiety attack. Then it feels like my nervous system is super sensitized and it takes a bit to heal it again. Now it usually lasts 5-7 days for me. I accept it, I immediately go on a morning walk, I try to breathe, if my mind starts running I go back to focusing on my breathing 100 times if that’s what it takes. I do normal life as best as possible but instead of a full apartment deep clean, maybe I’ll just clean the kitchen. I adapt it and try to not overwhelm myself. Be kind and loving with yourself!!! And go to bed early! Drink some tea, read a book and go to bed so that when you get woken up by that anxiety you at least had a few good hours of sleep. I’m “only” 29 now and have gotten my anxiety under control so much better (even got off my anti depressants) and just comparing it to 2 years ago it’s insane improvements I made. You can too! You do not have to struggle like this forever ❤

I never even knew what the heck cortisol even WAS until about 20 years ago hearing some local NY radio commercials about some stress vitamin aid or product or therapy service, that kept running all day long, talking about "cortisol, it's a nasty little stress hormone that bla bla bla bla...." and I got the gist of what it can do to you. But this vid. gave me a better handle on it. I do get some minor morning anxiety, but usually once I'm out and in the car and on my way to get breakfast at a familiar local place, I calm down and settle in and have less anxiety. I make sure these days I wake up pretty early, for some reason the earlier the better even though I don't work FT anymore. Wake up early and you can fake out your nervous system and giver yourself more time to kind of rebound. Morning anxiety for me was much worse decades ago getting up super early for work and all that, commuting to NYC or in NYC. Oh man. But usually I was able to get into that routine. Sometimes years later, as I had more issues, it was more difficult.

It's interesting that you mention coffee. Until fairly recently I used to drink coffee in a 'normal' sort of way, and I don't remember even getting the 'buzz' from it that is often talked about. Yet since I retired about 8 years ago I've found that a single mouthful of coffee after 20 minutes or so will make me feel most uncomfortable - nervous and jittery. Nowadays I occasionally risk a small cup of decaff, and even that makes me feel slightly peculiar. This then is just part and parcel of an over-sensitised nervous system?

Because you feel like there's no escape...that's why. But again. It's just there the anxiety. It has absolutely nothing to do with where you are. Your nervous system just thinks it's a threat. Hard to leave when you're in a hair dressing chair. . and hard to leave when you're in a shower all wet.... .so it's the feeling of not being able to run if u need to But again, there is no threat. @@k-drama_kpop_fanI found your comment else where saying you’re cold intolerant ever since the panic attacks. Oddly enough I’m the complete opposite. I’m heat intolerant and anytime I feel heat to my maximum threshold (which isn’t that high) I get light headed, dizzy and feel like I will feint. I can’t even eat hot soup or take hot showers because of it. This has really changed my life for the worst but I’m continuing to battle it. Just know you are not alone my friend.

Intrusive thoughts what if the doctors missed something. Been to several doctors specialties er visits and now I have health anxiety 😥. The symptom I struggle with starts in the morning and it builds is nervous energy or I guess anxiety and it’s there all day till the evening and then goes away. I also wake up at early This just suck does anyone else have this???

@@neveshizzle Man I thought I was going crazy but I mean I have been tested we are talking endocrinology our functional doctor chiropractor ER visits CAT scans MRIs cause it’s just I have you know hormonal imbalances you name it I have been tested for it and I have just got to just drop the rope and walk away and say this is anxiety and start working on my recovery. The only thing that I did as far as my diet gluten-free. It seems to help with anxiety but I’ve always been kind of not eating a lot of gluten anyway cause I’ve been athlete all my life that’s the crazy part. For a long time I have never had anxiety or depression and then I had a really kind of traumatic experience at sensitized my system and now I’m like trying to figure out that it was something biological but it’s not. There’s nothing wrong with me. I’ve got a clean bill of health all the way around. I hope this helps but yeah, I hate it.

So basically this is one big ad. And just so u know if u r disabled and on SSDI forget being able to pay for his mentorship. Kinda sad how everything that can help a person is always out of reach for those truly in need.

Yes exactly I understand that you want to make money but sad that if you can’t afford you just have to deal with it.

For someone who suffered apparently I don't believe he ever suffered from this because if I can ever recover from this I'll be helping as many people as I can for free because I know how much it kills you I have suffered and I'm still suffering hence watching these. But no I won't pay someone who has apparently been through it to help me breakthrough. It costs him nothing to help give his tips to others to overcome it
