Psychology taught me, breath out should be a lil bit longer than breath in. (Psychology Student) We called it Deep Breathing technq. Make sure your stomach rising while u inhale not ur chest.

Something really important about the breathing technique. It’s important to reduce the volume of breathing to small as possible and keep a natural gap between your inhalation and exhalation.
