1. Breathe in 4 sec, breathe out 4 sec 2. Visualize a scenario before it happens 3. Notice all the sounds around you

Hi Jim, what do you think about smoking weed, it is bad for our brains or it does really help? Can you make a video from this as is a big topic between many people I know. Why some of them said they can focus or perform some artistic activities better?

Psychology taught me, breath out should be a lil bit longer than breath in. (Psychology Student) We called it Deep Breathing technq. Make sure your stomach rising while u inhale not ur chest.

Something really important about the breathing technique. It’s important to reduce the volume of breathing to small as possible and keep a natural gap between your inhalation and exhalation.
