Sir I am watching your videos continuously. It's really amazing. Iam doing yoga and meditation continuously for the past one year without any distraction. Recently my uncle passed away. Now I am waking up at early morning. But I can't do yoga and meditation continuously because his thoughts come to mind and disturbed a lot. While doing meditation, I started to crying. While doing yoga also I feel like sleepy but I won't sleep. Iam thinking about him. How can I get rid of the thought. Iam getting tired and sadness for the whole day. I want to change myself. Please suggest a way bro

It’s really interesting I can’t believe this how nature works in recent days due to busy schedules I’m waking up 3 am my sleep time is almost 11 pm to 12 am around 3pm i feel tired I Didn’t watch this video before but I’m preparing and doing last 1 week to take small nap Atleast 1 hr 4 pm to 5 pm but fact is after 5 pm to till 12 am it’s really amazing my activities, My focus everything totally changed 3x times I’m really enjoying now watching your video I can’t imagine how to say this our body will give some suggestions we understand that and work with that nice, thanks bro..
