About Ainsley:
Before I became a ThetaHealing Practitioner I worked in an office, watching the clock, anticipating the moment I returned home to eat a bag of chips. I realized that if eating chips in front of the tv was the most exciting part of my day, that something was terribly wrong. And there was - I suffered from anxiety, depression, disordered eating, and PTSD. So then I saved up money to return to school and studied business, personal development, yoga, and reiki. I attended and facilitated yoga and energy healing retreats while building my practice.
Now my days are filled with more exciting experiences - witnessing my clients have unexpected breakthroughs, working with people of all backgrounds and ages (from young children to seniors) and seeing them build their confidence, coming home to my beautiful family. I am the healthiest I have ever been. My life has purpose and meaning, and I have many reasons to wake up every day.
