How can you retrain something that is damage, or to much inflamed?

wait for it to recover whilst healing it. something needs to be healed before we can train it. be it your leg or brain.

@@Lamya1111 it doesnt Work like this..the body, and the Brain needs prooper nutrition, sometimes intervention with medicine, it is all depend what kind of damage Person has

How do you know when to expand your limitations?

You generally want to find your "sweet spot" (an amount of activity you can do without flaring up symptoms), and then expand on that about 40-70%. You'll know you're ready to expand when you feel safe with your current level of activity. Take your time with this as human beings do feel different everyday. We talk about this extensively in the re-origin program!
