having just acquired an older Friday tandem, complete with 2 cases, I tried to follow this to pack mine in a single case. I guess my frame is a little larger, and my rear wheel has the drum brake. in any case, I could not quite get the lid closed with the front wheel added. the axle was pushing out the case. I suppose either my frame is larger or your case is bigger than the ones I have.

Do you ever have any issues taking the duffel bag full of metal parts on to the aeroplane? any security issues??

This is a great video, except the audio is very painful. My Canon still camera does this to the audio when I record video with it. Please consider recording a voice over track and reposting these instructions. I'm the first to vote (up of course) of the 3,049 who viewed this, probably because of the audio. My ears are still ringing.
