Don't you have to put ALL of your liquids in ONE clear pouch that is maximum 1Liter if you travel by plain? In europe it's the only way you allowed to bring liquids on a plain 🤔🤗

No TSA in Europe so she will be stopped on the way back to her country and if she doesn't fly back with a us airline she will have to pay for the carry on case because most UK and Europe airlines only let you have 1 bag at 10 kg virgin Atlantic is the same unless your in upper class

in some airports they give you some clear bags if you don't have any. And if there are liquids that are not allowed you can throw them in the trash they have of course. It's a waste of money for sure but it's better than to pay for a checked baggage! :D

You're so organized! I've never traveled with only a carry-on suitcase, but I might be going on a trip this summer and wanted to use a carry-on only so this is super helpful! I've used those magic bags when I went to study abroad in England last fall and this was the only way I could fit everything into my suitcase so they're super helpful!

Aren't both of those bags WAY bigger than most companies allow as carry on? Even that backpack looks bigger than the actually carry on bag they allow.

I have the same backpack and never had an issue. All airlines are different, but the suitcase looks fine too from my experience.

Depends on what airline you are flying. I have a trip coming up using icelandic air and they have very restrictive bag requirements and her suitcase is way too big for them

You Cannot, Not have a Carry-On, plus that huge Backpack. You can have the Carry-on. But the dimensions and size of that Backpack and weight will NOT, repeat not be allowed. You can carry a small backpack, a purse or a Laptop. Trust me I do know I am 73, traveled for the last fifty years, 65 Countries, 30 cruises. So I do know from Experience. One time security tipped all my liquids out of my 1 litre bag and counted them.

I have been to 65 Countries, 30 cruises. And so I know for sure that ONE clear plastic bag for all liquids. NOT two different bags. Obviously not a seasoned traveller as they will take confiscate your items. One trip to England they even counted every single item. I had in my 1 litre bag.....

Okay, I am wayyyyy confused....I thought you can only have one small clear bag for liquids when going thru security. I've always done that for domestic and international travel.....is that not the case?????????????

If anyone has any insight, please let us know! I’m going to Hawaii in about 2 months for my honeymoon and wanting to only take a carry on but the liquids rule is killing me!

It’s still the rule. If you have global enter or other type of known traveler ID # that gives you precheck status you do not have to get your liquids out at TSA check. Technically you are still supposed to have them in a clear quart bag and small sizes but since you do not have to take them out of your bag for X-ray people get away with having more/larger sizes/in their carry-ons. No guarantee though.
