Tip 1: Once you strip the old paint, sanded the surface, and wiped down the raw frame with rubbing alcohol. Never touch the frame with your bare hands. Always have latex gloves on. The oil from you bare hands will ruin the paint job. Tip 2: Always use 2k primer/clear/matt coat. It's the best for frame protection and the best for base or sealing the paint job. Tip 3: Sand with 800 grit wet sandpaper after switching paint colors.

It’s not a real s-works m5, someone had a good guess on one of the other videos that it’s an early 2000’s low end Cannondale of some variety based on the dropouts and gussets. It’s still a good aluminum frame, just not a fancy frame.
