How does the paint hold up after 6 years? And did you have to sand the galvanised before painting?

how many 500ml tins of the chassis black did you use?

hard to believe someone doing a resto at this level does not know how to properly spray paint, keeping a wet line, proper overlaps. good thing it was satin and not gloss. Im Sure it is grainy/dry in many places...
