Ha ha. I can believe that. Guy who bought my galvanised chassis 90 immediately painted it and the wheels yellow! Pretty certain, from the finish, it wasn't applied with the care taken in this video! ;-)

My neighbour painted his van one day outside with a spray gun this summer. He has to quickly put a wrap on it to cover the quality work underneath. (runs and all).

You can only mix Corroless with up to 5% of thinner, no more!. When more than 5%, the chemical working of Corroless will be limited severely

Good stuff....what size air cap do you use for the glass reinforced paint.

It is 2mm . cap is changed on this type of gun for the size not the needle. With other guns, in general a 1.8 or 2 mm fluid tip is good for this paint.

Ok thanks......its a good idea to warm the paint up....don't do this with aerosol cans though...previous experience has taught me!

I’m really disappointed with corroles product,restoring car cleaned rust degreased then used rust inhibitor corroles and top glass reinforced coat and year later i can see forming rust under paint i’m glad is underneath so i can do same job again just this time will be por15 stuff.
