I was a technical engineer throughout my working life so everything was controlled to the thousandth of an inch and trying to let go of that has become somewhat a hindrance (I think I’m trying to be too precise). Hi Paul, You are an amazing teacher and started in oils as a teen and then acrylics with some pastels,colored pencil, and watercolor pencil, with few watercolors. Have done a number of watercolors with my painting group and calmer and more comfortable with watercolor. But with your easy calm and encouraging teaching am excited to do watercolor on my own.
