How To Paint An Awkward Stairs And Landing

yeah pain in the arse mate i hate when there's a ceiling pop or a crack right in the middle of the ceiling on open stairwells. i actually doubled up 2 ladder stand offs and reached right back to get to it.

100 percent mate. We need more inventions to help us do these stairs as that's why I get alot of Hall stairs landing jobs because it's too high for people to do themselves

Ive been using a stairmate for about 10 years now, good but be very careful the vertical leg is locked in.

You've got it in the wrong position, it has to be flush against the riser, not in the middle of the thread, the bar can be slotted i from both sides.

The stairmate good have one myself always think it should have another support to spread the weight better though

Great cheers mate. The last landing like this I did with my extension roller and a brush Gaffa taped to the end, needless to say not my best cutting in haha are you still using the Deros a lot? Thinking of getting one but keen to know the longevity

Hi mate. Yes I use the Mirka alot and it's a proper game changer. You'll never go back to sanding by hand.

hi mate i need your advice i have a customer who wants there kitchen units painted as they just brought the house im useing caprol half primer for under coat/ primer but what good top coats are out there diffrent brands/names ideal for or job?

Either the Caparol P.U.Satin or Matt. Or Tikkurila Everal Aqua 10 or 40. 10 is matt and 40 is Satin Cheers 🍻
