Good job… if you don’t mind me to say I would add concrete sealer (semi-gloss or gloss) 24 hours after the concrete stain had dried that will protect the stain color and keep it looking good for years to come!

Use pool chlorine in a watering can. I liked to mix 1:10 or 1litre chlorine per water can full. Pre treat, clean, post treat and clean again. Perfect. No need to buy a commercial product. Chlorine evaporates do it does not polute. Don't use water based concrete paint. It doesn't work well at all. Xylene based is the only way. First coat rolled only in one direction, second coat in the other. If you do a third coat the other direction again, not all over the place. Do a minimum of two coats.

Looks great. Nice video. Anyone should be able to do the job right with this video. Before I pressure wash I like to apply 30 second cleaner from their jug/spray unit. I let it sit for about 10-15 mins and then lightly rince followed by pressure washing which seems to clean it about as good as possible. Ive found this removes more for me than putting the wash concentrates into my pressure washer. Painting is all about prep. The more you put into to it the better the results and the longer it will last.

Great suggestion! That's what I will use to clean mine. A neighbor just discovered the 30 second cleaner he found at Publix. He is selling his pressure washer since he found this product. He said it's so much easier and cleans amazingly. He only needs to attach it to a long hose and cleans his siding better and faster with this!

if the calking is silicone, no. acrylic and polyurethane caulking is okay to paint over in most cases.

Do you recommend etching a concrete driveway before hand? I plan on painting my driveway but saw alot of bad reviews that the paint started to peel and wasn’t waterproof even though it says on the can it is. Also what should I add after painting so it lasts?

100% you should etch any bare concrete before 2 finish coats. If you don't it definitely won't last long and will peel.

Good video...... To roll the paint on the surface 'faster', use a 1/2 " roller sleeve. Pour 2 gallons of the paint into a 5 gallon paint bucket. use a roller screen hooked onto the inside of the bucket. Your paint roller will hold more of the paint. You will be able to roll-out paint in larger areas, easier & more even. ( I'm a painter... 50 years experience ) ( I noticed the paint you chose is not really a driveway paint ( hot tires may scar the finish ) THE BEST DRIVEWAY PAINT THAT LASTS " TUF TOP Driveway paint "..... " Patio & garage concrete paints will not last !!

Don’t paint concrete…use a solvent-based stain and sealer product; will last longer and easier to apply (doesn’t flake off)

Little suggestion; when you are trying to show the viewer what you are looking at, use a stable tripod and record an image. Then, in editing, move the image where you want the viewer to look, rather than your shaky hands speeding by the edges expecting us to see what you are talking about.
