I'm glad I found the videos where you paint minis from Ravenloft. I have the game on our boardgame bookcase (along with so many others...my wife collects them), and I'm sure I'll get around to painting them at some point. In fact I'm pretty sure that I've got old Strahd the vampire knocking around on my desk somewhere. Hah, there he is. I'm never quite sure who he's pointing at, but he looks pissed.

Newbe question. I purchased this game, I want to paint my minis as well. Do you add some type of protective finish to the mini's?

Yeah I usually spray on some matt varnish or satin depening on the finish you want! :)

Just started getting into mini painting and about 20 projects deep at this point. I have managed to mass a ton of minis in a short amount of time (check out my channel and you can see everything I got since I started). Painting takes me quite some time but I do enjoy it. Ultimately, I have more minis than I have time to paint but being a new painter I am also constantly painting new minis that I do not have in my collection (painted collection as of yet) so each new paint job is a new monster or npc or pc for my growing collection. I have more minis than I could ever paint but and absolutely enjoying the hobby. New sub and cheers.
