It is always great to see someone new starting into Conquest. If you use this scheme for your spires you should be able to finish them fairly quickly and have them look pretty good. Your 100 Kingdoms may take you longer as they are much more open to painting creative heraldry and crazy colors. I hope you enjoy your experience with conquest.

I do like small details like bottles knives and and various random accessories I couldn't help but Wonder has anyone ever tried color a bottle that would look clear and half full of liquid. Maybe using some tricks that make it look like it's reflecting more light in the empty portion.

I see people paint stuff like that in warhammer groups on facebook all the time. It is not something I have ever done as that particular detail has never caught my attention.
