Wow! I thank you so much!

Great lifting technique illustrated. It is underrated as a superb technique in watercolor. Excellent example. Sometimes the phalos and quinacridone family are more difficult to fully lift even a partial lift of highly staining colors can create dramatic effects. Thanks again! I hope that those who desire to learn effective techniques and not just how to make palettes really learn what 3 colors can accomplish. But I would love 6:)

Great as always! I wet my brushes ( not your brushes, i bought it in a store) like you show in your video but your 1inch brush looks smoother. If i lift up it works not so nicely but it will be my lack technik i think. I think it needs a bit time to lern the right handling of the flat brush. Its an honor to paint with you! Thanks you Mr. Chen, thumb up👍

if it was all done on wet, it will be like that. If you did a glaze after, on top, that should be a lot more vivid. the wet work will look more dull. that's why the highlights are all done as as glaze at the end. Also, your paper may just be soaking up too much of the pigment and not allowing the pigment to sit on top. Light goes through the pigment, bounces off the white paper behind, then reflects the color back to they eye. but if it's soaked into the paper, it won't reflect so much.

I am doing what you recommend in the video by pressing two fingers to expel the water and compact the hairs but neither in the paletin nor in the calligraphy brush I get it, on the fine tip it is worse because when going to paint the hairs are separated and instead of a line are made three according to the hairs that are loose. I don't know if they'd get better over time, but at the moment I'm very disappointed in the purchase, I think I've thrown 34 euros in the trash. PInto better your videos with my Van Gogh brushes. I'm sorry to be so rough, but that's how I feel.
