Exactly the sort of guide I was looking for, especially having just bought myself an airbrush kit, nice work! Have you done any videos/have any painted models of pre-heresy space wolves vehicles or dreadnoughts? Always wondered what this paint scheme would look like on them, thanks again!

Thanks, I'm glad this can help. The airbrush is an amazing tool. I haven't done a how to video but I have shown my dreadnought on the channel and working on my repulsor tank now. Edit: I think the key to doing big grey models is find ways to break the colour up or it can be boring. Luckily wolves are great for that. kzbin.info/www/bejne/j37ck35rnLV2rq8

Always preferred VI Legion colours - the fluff calls the Wolves armour ‘Storm Grey’ then GW colours them powderpuff blue. Your stuff looks brilliant.

Thanks Odee. I see a lot of people go for the grey instead of the blue. I've never been a fan of it either.

@@JamsMiniMods I don't like both extremes. I prefer a blueish grey to the plain grey which is pretty boring and the light blue which looks just stupid. The blueish grey makes them look colder (like their home world), but still pretty rough.

Hey, I know this is a bit late, but when you wash, do you just go over the entire model or do more recess shading?

I do a recess shade, you can go over the entire model if you want a dirty brown, or you'll have to clean the armour up again with Dawnstone.
