I’m not a silver Templars player but as someone who plays silver skulls, I really appreciate this guide because one thing I struggled with is differentiating the metal of the gun/weapons from the silver of the armor and this guide definitely helps. Thanks a lot man!

The lore of the Silver Templars has always been cool to me with the weapon bonding, probably my favourite ultramarines successor. Also silver armour is cool to see in 40k outside of Grey Knights. Great job!

did not know there was metallic varnish and do you have a airbrush booth or ventilator running or what is your airbrush setup? keeping thinking about getting one for my necrons mainly.. might actually get them done then 😅 also if you google ''studylib silver templars'' you will find the silver templar book in pdf-ish style, just make some screenshots if you want to save them for later use, since the book was a very limited run as was white dwarf (456) that introduced them,

Can you do the dark angels? I got Soul Forge and Leviathan and i want tk do them all as Dark Angelst9 justify getting Lion El'jonson to myself XD. BUT, that means i have to paint....alot...

Does anyone else find that when they spray polyurethane primer that it just rubs off afterwards?

I've had this issue a few times - usually when I spray onto it too soon after priming - and not letting it cure properly, even though it is touch dry. I also get issues using it on resin and metal models too

Great paint job but... the silver templars are a chapter of the last foundation and exclusively primaris marines, with which the exterminators or characters with exterminator armor do not exist in the chapter.

New lore for 10th edition says any marine can wear terminator armour - including primaris marines 😉

And how he paints HIS minis HIS way is bothering you how? If he titled it: "How to Paint Silver Exterminator Armour Belonging to a Fictitious Chapter" would you be okay with that or would you find fault that 'Termies were never painted in silver or maybe silver 'Termies never wore cloaks or maybe silver 'Termies never had black on them etc etc 'tis a slippery slope when it comes to criticizing others work. Maybe, just maybe, you could decide to skip past the vid if it insults you so or maybe you could take it for what it is, a vid demonstrating a way to paint a plastic toy "soldier".

Your painting is gread i watch all of your Videos, but the Silver Templars are a Primaris Successor Chapter of the Ultima Founding. They have no firstborn like the Captain in Terminator Armour.
