Beatiful, any reason you don't use contrasts? Not as good as using a base and then shading yourself?

You can use a contrast paint to do the basing and you'll get a nice metallic finish. I recommend priming with leadbelcher > Basilicanum grey all over > Flesh tearers red on the red panels. I just prefer the classic 'Eacy Metal style that khorne red gives.

@@wilhelmwinter7815 well, it's gonna take me a while before I get to it. But if you can't wait; I've seen people using Barak Nar Burgundy with Pink Horror Highlights to create a very dark and rich red. In case you want to check that out!

The word bearers are silver and gold. You are specifically painting the Gal'Vorbak or Serrated sons, AKA the blessed sons How is this such a hard stuck concept?
