Pairing Resound hearing aids to your Android phone is easy with this instructional video by Ryan Keutzer, H.I.S. at Allison Audiology. Additional troubleshooting steps tips are provided to assist with re-pairing for phone or hearing aid updates.

I cant get the left aid to connect we have tried several times

It connects and i can use the app, but I'm unable to use my phone or listen to media. I have to turn Bluetooth off to use my phone and back on to adjust with the app

If it's connected but audio isn't streaming even after checking your settings, you may want to disconnect and re-establish connection. If you're connected, it should work correctly like you're expecting. If not, you may want to visit your hearing care provider so they can took as well.

Suddenly having trouble paring to my iPhone 12 and couldn’t find KZbin video for IOS devices. They will pair with my iPad. Thanks.

Hopefully you've been able to connect to your phone. There have been a few bugs here and there with the new software updates, but with patches, they should be resolved.

Hmm I got my hearing aids all paired up. I can change the volume on the Resound 3D app. They show up in the blue Tooth settings section as a paired device. But When I push the connect button a pop up says "An app is needed to use the device." But you can not push that pop up to take you to that app needed. Any idea what app is needed?

Good evening, by having the Resound app, this should allow you to make adjustments. We hope you have the issue resolved to get the most out of your devices.

My hearing aids pair, but it only reflects one in the app. They both work, but only one shows on the app if I were to lose it. Also, are they supposed to show in bluetooth as 2 separate heair aids or as one pair?

Both hearing aids should be reflected in the Resound app. However, the Bluetooth menu may look different depending on iPhone vs. Android. For additional questions, it is recommended to contact your hearing care professional.

how do we travel on airplaine if we cant turn off the rf?? please help/

Hi there! You can put the aids in airplane mode and that will allow them to safely travel. We have been told by the manufactures that putting the aids into airplane mode is not necessary and will not disturb any technology while in flight. However, if you would like to do so, there are ways to get them into airplane mode depending on your model of technology. Have a nice flight!

Hello, thank you for the video. When attemp to pairing, i have tried with different phones, the bluetooth find only one out of two hearing aids. So I can pair one, the left or the right at turn but never both of them. Is there a solution?

Good evening, you should be able to have audio from both aids. The biggest challenge we see is with phones that aren't compatible with the devices. We would recommending first looking to see if your phone is on the list as an approved phone model with your particular aid model.

@@crapotodesbois9328 For next steps, we would recommend contacting your hearing provider to see if your devices are due for an update. And make your phone and app are up to date as well. After that, if it still doesn't work, a visit to your hearing provider for sure. It's odd both aren't connecting and without seeing it, we are limited in how to help troubleshoot.
