How To Pair Your iOS Device to the UConnect® 430N MyGig System

This brief tutorial will show you how to pair your iOS (iPhone, iPad, iPod* (touch or 7th Gen Nano)) to your car radio. This demo uses a 430N system out of a 2011 Dodge Durango Crew, however, this procedure is the exact same for any vehicle with the 430N or just regular 430 (no navigation) system. This is also the same procedure if you have a 130 system, which is shown in the video. Follow along, and get connected!!
*Please note that an iPod MUST have Bluetooth accessibility. All iPod touch models have Bluetooth and only the 7th Generation iPod Nano has Bluetooth.

Hello! In order to load a CD into the slot, you have to press the LOAD button on the upper right side of the radio face. The face will open to present the CD slot. Just stick the disc in and the music will automatically play. For an iPod, your system MUST have UConnect Bluetooth capability. If you press the UConnect button (looks like a face speaking, first button on the left). If the display shows "Not Equipped with UConnect", then you do not have Bluetooth capability. For that, you can simply plug an auxiliary cable into the headphone jack on the iPod and plug the other end into the AUX jack on the radio directly below the USB port.

babatunde salami I heard you need a Mopar part that plugs into your glove box or center console with a 30 pin iPod plug in, and than you gotta go on amazon to buy a 30 pin to lightning adapter and plug it in from there bruh. Hella stupid, but it is what it is.. and if you can’t find a video on it.. call a dealership and find out for yourself homie. Hope I helped a little!
