I don't have incredible advices other than using mirror, speedbreaker or turning off world details. ( Body kits, spoiler, aero tuning too on -5) If you want to do stock car run, Imo there are only 2 obstacles. This speed Camera and Tollbooth ( Razor ) I'll give some tips about it.
