Q1. More Productive when no risks Answer: I thought this was about ownership for your outcomes. Are you taking responsibility of failures and risks associated with your job? Or playing the blame game or the victim card? Your explanation was totally new to me. Q2. Sunita case Answer: Directly jumping to 3 never came to my mind. I would have gone through a sequence of A->B->C. I am a pure vegetarian and have faced such scenarios since I started socializing outside with friends and colleagues. (It's a learning for me and I should adapt to this situation as much as possible). So my answer would be in sequence as below: 1. I will not take any action till Sunita asks for help from me and expresses her discomfort. I will give her time to adapt. 2. Sunita should initially try to adapt as she is new to the culture of the group. Will try to comfort Sunita. 3. Even after a few outings Sunita is still facing issues or is uncomfortable then I would have a discussion with Kevin. I would like Kevin to have Empathy and avoid long discussions on the topic. 4. If Kevin is not Empathatic and Sunita is still more fragile then I will discuss this with my Manager as this can spoil the environment of the team and may affect work.

Re Question: Arriving at a corporate event and don't initially see someone that you know already... My first thought is not on the list. I enjoy getting involved in corporate groups arranging event support, such as volunteering to arrive early to greet keynote speakers and guests. This way I am already in conversations with colleagues as they arrive. Secondarily, if I am the one arriving, I would initially double-check my itinerary to confirm that I am in the proper place at the proper time. Once that is confirmed, I would glance around for personalities to which I could introduce myself and department/title - being alert that I am not interrupting a direct conversation already in process. Alternately, plan ahead to arrive with other colleagues which always makes it easier to 'break the ice,' so to say. I want to balance being outgoing without being inconsiderate of others. Hope this is helpful to others.

Hi there . as a pilot who is due to take his psychometric assement in the near future, I would agree to the first question as taking risks in the field of aviation can only lead to negative outcomes ... let me know what you think please , thank you
