The correct answer to the first question is B, following the pattern you mentioned. However, I think there is an inconsistency in the pattern movement of the question structure-meaning that the question doesn't have one consistent pattern that rounds the whole circuit. My inference: the question is incorrectly structured; there is no correct answer to an incorrect question.

@Ayush Parashar its A, the pattern of all the lines are rotating the same way - For example, in the top row, it goes Bottom - right - top (Anti Clockwise) the second row goes top - left - bottom (anti-clockwise) and final row would go left bottom right if it also followed an anti-clockwise pattern, which it does. The row themselves are not connected, so because it was on top of the last row does not mean it will be different on the next, Also, B would not work on the row of the missing shape as the following one would break the pattern so it can't be. Hopefully that helps.

Oh wow I solved the first test finding 2 ways of solving it, and I never thought about the CC rotation. The first one is: Horizontally, the first square and the third (left to right) are opposed. So: Down - N/A - UP X - N/A - DOWN Left - N/A - RIGHT Meaning X, has to be opposed to DOWN = UP. The other way to solve it is, thinking it vertically (up to down), the first and the second are opposed, and the third is N/A. So if, the third verical is UP - DOWN, and the second one is RIGHT - LEFT. The first one has to be Down - UP.
