Hey you get payed a salary and then you get allowances on top of that (flying allowance, overnight allowance ect) the starting salary is around 45-55k a year depending on what airline you work for :)

I'm not too sure to be honest But I know a lot of airlines around the world have crew still stood down/ not able to work because of the year that was 2020. So perhaps airlines will bring back those people before hiring new crew ??

Recently I have applied for Regional Flight Attendant at Air NZ and I received invitation to digital interview thru HireVue. Estimated duration time is 25 min. The most stressful part of it is that you see the question, you have 30s to prepare and then recording starts. You have 3 min for answer, you can finish earlier and go to another question. You can not go back, see your video, edit or repeat your answer. Once is done is done. What would you recommend, give advice? I'm wondering what questions could pop out? I need to complete it by 6th November...

Hi there! I'm been sending applications over the last couple of weeks and I have gotten a few responses, but they seem like phishing emails. Even though I know I did apply for these positions, I'm being asked to follow a link, I've researched it, and from what I've read; it's an AI conducted questionnaire, still seems a bit suspicious, would you happen to know if this is how they're just conducting interviews now post-pandemic? Hey I know some airlines do AI conducted questionnaires, so it might be legit. Defiantly act on your own judgement though!
