I agree that transparency is important.The majority of our clients are large corporate clients who bundle their fees and do not charge the signer for Notary fees which mean the fee to us as a signing company is a low one. Many of our clients require flat fees, so our base for Notary is $75 but can vary depending on the signing circumstance and product type.

It is very nice of you to offer this training, I completed a course with another company, I feel I would have saved money and time if I had found your training first. I do have a question about the ERRORS AND OMISSION AGREEMENT form (time stamp 46:30) I am able to see it says State of California but I do not see the boxed notarial wording which is required in CA, What should be done in that situation since my understanding is that a document can not be notarized without that disclaimer.

Question: @41 minutes regarding Right to Cancel - My understanding is a Notary is NOT ALLOWED to fill in any blanks. It has to be pre-filled in or the Customer fills it in. Is that right? (Ohio) Good training thank you.

So technically, you can fill this in. But the best thing to do is to have the signer's fill the form in if the dates are not pre printed :)

Please tell me how to renegotiate a low fees because of travel/ time when there is not a text box or a way to contact a signing company before excepting the assignment when contacted by C2C or any other signing company when they send out group SIMs.

I am in the process of learning to become a loan signing agent (so I do need to find more sample docs/download/hardcopies to refer to) - I am sorry for my confusion but in this instance I need some clarification on the 1003 as I am a little uncertain about multiple borrowers on the 1003. (Cue to 48.24) My question is, if there are five co-borrowers, as I understand ? correctly? , would you have each of the five (hypothetical) co-borrowers fill out and initial page 1 , and then have all six (in total) borrowers sign on page 5? (It doesn't look like very much room on page 5 for multiple borrowers.) Thank you again for your excellent help !

I would take them off, escrow will be irritated if they have to take the paper clips off. Just simply place behind the form and you are good to go.
