If I withdraw my Application. The amount will be refunded to credit balance in uni-assist and I can immediately apply to another university?

In this video I showed on how to cancel during payment process, not to cancel after the payment. We can get refund only in some cases. You can read it in the uni assist www.uni-assist.de/en/how-to-apply/pay-all-fees/refunds-of-credit/ But the summary, we could only refund if : 1. There’s an error in payment process, where we paid more than what we should have paid for. 2. Some Uni have free admission fee, but if we were asked to paid in uni assist, we can refund 3. we refund it fast enough, before they process the application

do i have to send my physical documents to Uni assist's post to receive my VPD or just online?

Physical too, but Uni Assist just need 1 legalized document of each required documents. For example: you just graduated from the Studienkolleg. For university application through Uni Assist, you need to send 1 physical copy of the legalized Studienkolleg Certificate to Uni Assist.

Usually no, it‘s all through Uni assist, but every Uni has different regulations. So, I will always make a list of the application steps from each Uni and check everything that I‘ve done, to ensure that I didn’t miss any step

@@irfansantana2381 yes. After you apply to the Uni you want from the Uni assist portal, pay the fee, and send all document, you just have to wait for the announcement

Please i have an important question i wanna apply for vpd but I still studying in university and I have only transcript for the first semester can apply with it?

Uni Assist will usually check it for you. If we send our documents and apply for a university, they will send a VPD, if that Uni needs VPD. If you still have time, you can ask the Uni Assist or the university directly. Because I don’t know if you change to this major, whether you can continue your semester or if u have to start again from the first semester. If I were in your situation now and have no time to ask them, I would send them my first semester transcript (and if they don’t have my Studienkolleg FSP document I would send them again too), fill the formula for that Uni and pay for it. I‘ll wait and see how Uni Assist process it, if the VPD is with my studienkolleg score (start from first semester again) or if it has description of the sem 1 transcript (maybe we can continue the semester). But again I haven’t done the semester change before. I‘m just giving you my opinion of what I‘ll do, if I were in your situation. If u have time please ask the Uni you‘re applying for or Uni Assist. They could answer you questions more specifically and would probably also send the requirements you‘ll need
