Some thread might have gotten stuck on the balance wheel....that's the hand wheel. Check it out and find a way to remove them

Please when you roll the balance will to yourself do you press your leg forward first to pedal or back ward? because most times when rolling the balance wheel it lifts the leg back ward first

Ensure you are using the right presser foot for the machine. If you are working with a zig zag sewing machine , ensure you are using a zig zag presser foot

Your needle is either not fixed properly…it might be fixed above the stopping point and hence it’s inability to reach deep and pick the thread. It might also be that the machine timing has changed at the point the needle hit a hard object. These are the two main reasons the thread in your bobbin is not coming out

There is a round knob that tightens the handle...that is balance wheel. Its called a washer. It might have become loose. Turn it to the right in a clockwise direction to tighten it. Try moving the handle again. It will move

Depending on consistency, it might take 3weeks to 1 month for some persons and shorter for others. But, if you follow the steps I taught in the video without using your leg as control first, it will be shorter for you

Check your tension regulator. It might be too tight. The needle might also be too thin for the thickness of the fabric you are working on
