Hey Sir,The 5-day crash course for CFA Level 1 was a game-changer. Any chance you’ll do a similar one for Level 2 in November? Would be super helpful!(Paid works too😅)

STEM Financial engineering degrees are in high demand. What foundational skills are essential for someone interested in this field? Could you explain what financial engineering entails and if grads often secure roles like M&A or sales & trading (similar to MBAs), or if they primarily work as quants? I'd appreciate a detailed overview WHAT YOU'D RECOMMEND

Good Morning Sir, In most of your videos you have mentioned about profiles of funds managers and equity research. Honestly, I don't find reading balance sheet and annual reports facinating. Could you please talk a bit about structured finance and its growth prospects.

Hello sir, I'm Vishesh Goel, As we had a word on call, I'm posting my query here. I want to build a career in managing portfolios of people, preparing and selling research reports, starting my own fund or in private equity (although I'm not sure yet which path to choose as I don't know exactly what work is done in all these fields). Can you guide me how to move into that direction? (Currently I'm a research analyst intern, doing research about SME IPOs, companies and industries). I know basic financial modelling, excel and python.

Hello Sir, I was your student at Fintree and failed to clear Level 1 CFA. With the basics I learned I started investing in stocks and made a decent portfolio over the years. Now I am working in retail banking since the past 7 years which is very time consuming, hectic and lack any requirement of skills. Please guide is there any option to switch my career towards equities or should I pursue any course which could be helpful. Thanks you sir.

Hello sir, We're thinking of investing in commercial real estate since avoiding the stock market due to family concerns. Do you think it’s a good idea to invest in real estate in India, and what’s your opinion on REITs here? Are they well-developed, what risks do they carry, and could you provide an example of a company offering REITs in India?"

How is the content of this video related to the topic: "How to Pick the BEST Mutual Fund for YOU!" It should be called an FAQ on CFA Level 2/3. It's a disappointment.
