I think as an AuDHD the "too much information" is a pro. Yay Hyperfocus! 😅 But at 43, 5'8", 245 lbs, I'm really more interested in learning for myself and my family, with a deep focus on peer reviewed research and academic support.

It is worth it, especially if you want a solid understanding of the science of nutrition and behaviour change, unfortunately if you want to work with people there will be quite a few gaps in the application of what you know. Are you considering it?
