A friend lent me the book "The Game" about picking up women. It's very interesting, but more as a story than something to live your life by (it's pretty de-humanizing). Half the battle for most is the initiation - once you get a conversation or activity going, if you click together it feels very natural! Like you guys said, be confident, relax, take the shot. If you're rejected by a stranger they go back to their life and you go back to yours. Good topic! Good conversation!

Usually first you have to practice with light weights, then move up to heavier ones, children are good for cardio because catching them can be quite challenging do to their never ending energy and how fast they are, once you have mastered picking up kids, then you are ready to pick up women. If you ever get tired of picking up women you can always try picking up men, but be warned men are usually a lot heavier and bigger than women with less areas to hold onto, its always harder to carry awkward shaped things such as men. Either way with practice and following these steps you should be picking up women in no time. GL
