Liked your approach, these boards are continuously upgrading. Major upgrade is from Chip and stpper driver only. Making our own make a gr8 sense here if we can spend time on it. with custom board we can go with AC power heated bed also. Can I use Raspberry PI 3B+ instead of ESP32?

actually I think you can use both the pi or the pico versions. I didn't used the big pi cause I didn't had one and the price is too big compared with the pico, but I see it has the same number of gpios, you could run all software on one board, not sure if klipper supports it though

Great video! Have you considered making a PCB shield for the pico? You could get them quite cheap in a pack of 10 from pcbway

yes I started doing that but I gave up as it was more work then building it on a perf board :) I did some years ago a shield for an AVR processor a clone of an Arduino when they were not so popular.

draw a normal diagram with all components. nothing is visible or clear here. It’s better to see images of sprint layout or similar ones. I want to repeat it but I don’t understand anything
