mix 3 parts process blue, 3 parts royal blue add a couple drops red and a couple drops white. makes a great glowing violet color

Great video. Thanks for sharing. I would not worry too much about speed. The quality you'll be offering is really what folks are after. The speed will come in time. Suggestion: Perhaps next time you can turn your phone sideways so we'll not be seeing the big black spaces on each side of your videos. The full screen button on YT is a real plus...but without the black or blank spaces. Just a suggestion though. Thanks for sharing.

I love your projects. May I be bold enough to ask you to mount camera overhead above art rather than from the side where angles an forms distorted because of camera angle. Thing about this as positive, if I didn't really like you, I wouldn't say anything! Tim

Thank you Tim. I do appreciate the input. I have tried many times overhead camera placement. Unfortunately the method in which I pinstripe keeps my head in direct path of the camera lens. I can totally film that way, 100%, but you'll be looking at the back of my head for every stroke.

@@MRJUSTINSTUBE it’s a flow, gloss enhancer and fisheye eliminator. Developed by Steve Kafka. Great stuff. Smoothie is another option but Smooth stroke is vastly superior in my opinion. Works with enamels and urethane

Are the bubbles you referred to a normal when palleting? First time I tried it seemed like the mineral spirits balled up and would not mix with the paint

The bubbles are just air bubbles. Make sure you are using clear mineral spirits not the milky white stuff. Mixing the paint is one of the hardest things to understand. It's going to take you many months until you start to get a grasp at what's correct. First try is always too early to tell if anything is right or not.

Eduardo Delacruz They are PET type of plastic bottles that can either be found off of the Steve Kafka website or a container website called SKS. But remember they are PET plastic. Regular plastic won't work

Kafka bottle are great but a bit pricey. You can find similar ones on eBay but make sure they are PET type bottles. Most have a variety of lids/tops to choose from also. The pet or PET bottles discourage the paint from drying in the bottle.
