Nice job, there's a little trick to fix those meeting areas or connections by flipping the brush over so that it's belly side up.

Cap'n Cook I've tried that before, never could get the hand of it. I'm still super rough with the sword. I appreciate the info!

Yeah it takes a bit of practice. I'm struggling with scroll brushes myself, we all have preferences but it's good to practice with brushes you're not comfortable with. You're definitely ahead of me with a scroll brush than I am with a sword, you do great work.
