Fantastic once again - the second video I have watched of yours - so wonderfully calm and clear and slow enough to be able to follow. Having watched this one I'm now going to go back and apply this to your "place an image in text with photoshop" to see if I can do that with more than one photo. Fingers crossed

this has been an amazing video to learn this from, you take so much time & give awesome explanations of what each step is & how to do it precisely. I wrote down every step to do exactly what you said. I'm creating my grandsons name & it's 7 letters long, just curious how I can print out each letter one @ a time to put inside a 4 x6 verticle frame so he can hang this in his bedroom, I'm putting a baseball pict of him starting at age of 4 & he's now 13. I thought this would be such a cool gift for him & his brother. as you can imagine my page having 7 letters has each letter pretty small & I need the letters to be large enough for a good picture to show inside each letter for the print. Can you tell me how I can do that ? and make sure each letter is the same exact size. Thank you so much for your amazing help. 👍👍

Hi, Steve! Thanks for this new tutorial, so well explained and your pronunciation is so easy to understand for non-English speakers 🙂 I'm doing it for Father's Day and the result is beautiful! But I have a black halo in every image (taken from Pexels), what could be the reason?
@PhotoshopEssentialsChannel3 жыл бұрын
Hmm. Do you mean there is a black outline around the letters? If so, then select each letter (each shape layer) in the Layers panel and in the Options Bar, make sure the Stroke option is set to No Color. Sometimes it sets itself to a 1 px black stroke, which may be causing the problem. Let me know if that helps.
@gladysmarquezpalma55783 жыл бұрын

@joemchang26 күн бұрын
Normally with illustrator you would just create a compound path with all letters and 3 separate images grouped together below to create one single clipping mask but it seems with photoshop there has to be an individual layer for every shape that you see, why so many layers?

tell me please: how to delete "LOREM IPSUM" where you wrote "FUN"? The tutorial is very good, exactly what I wanted to know, but I can't write what I want there.
@PhotoshopEssentialsChannel2 жыл бұрын
Lorem ipsum is just placeholder text. It should disappear as soon as you start typing.
@mirceadinu21862 жыл бұрын
@@PhotoshopEssentialsChannel I think it should disappear. It doesn't disappear for me, and I can't even write other letters. Sometimes if I write 2-3 letters, they appear mixed with LOREM IPSUM, and I cannot go to the next stage. Thanks for the reply. I don't know how to proceed!
