We always go in February at allegedly the slowest week of the year per our Disney reservations person we've booked with for yours. BTW, you can no longer email your reservation person or leave them a voice mail which is a PITA but that's another topic. In Feb of 2022 it was absolutely packed with 90min + wait times on week days. We take advantage of all the Genie stuff but still, the number of guests was ridiculous. I no longer think there's a "slower time" to go.

@@derrickandalese My husband and I went during Spring Break (last week of March) 2022 and my parents and I went the third week of January 2023 and January was just as busy, if not more, than Spring Break the previous year. There were no special events (I.e. RunDisney) in January when we went. You’re right, there’s no slow time to go to Disney anymore.
@kaylaandmarkalan2 жыл бұрын
LOVED THIS. What you said about anytime being a good time to go to Disney, is so important! Obviously there’s better times for sure, but there’s just really not a “low crowd” time anymore. And thank you for talking about the rental car for off property hotels…a lot of people forget to budget for that.

23:58 Something else to keep in mind is if you’re staying on Disney property, but are doing a split stay. You can only book ADRs for your first resort hotel and then have to restart the 60 days out for the second resort hotel for the latter part of your stay with the second resort. So, if you’re staying at one resort for 3 nights and then change to another resort for another 3 nights, you can only book up to 63 days out for your first three days of your first reservation and then you have to book the latter ADRs of your trip with the second stay at the second resort starting at a 60-day out mark.

We are planning our first Disney Trip to Orlando for the end of January beginning of February in 2024. We’re still debating on going for one or making it a two week vacation. It will just be my husband and I with our 13 year old daughter. My question is how to map things out so far in advance? Would I have access to see Disney calendar and park hours for early next year? And if so would these be subject to change? 😅 I’m clueless how to map things out. We are wanting specific dining reservations at all four parks so I want to make sure I book everything accordingly 😅

I’m not trying to confirm and pay and then be in trouble later haha thanks. You said 60 days but then said be up every day of the trip so I was confused on this part
@BekahHart Жыл бұрын
It can be confusing 😆 When staying at a non-Disney hotel, you’re able to book dining 60 days in advance. So if you have a 5 day trip, you’ll need to book dining 60 days out from EACH day of your trip.

I'm going next month and when looking for hotels, I found there are a lot of hidden fees that can make an off-site hotel more expensive than Disney -- and potentially with more issues, particularly in Value class. Through Priceline, I got a better deal on a room at All-Star Sports than either promotion Disney is presently offering, and I get to be on property, not need a rental car, worry about extra fees, worry about roaches or a sketchy location (so many scary reviews of off-site hotels).
@Saharmon2 жыл бұрын
How/when do you request a pack and play for the room?
@BekahHart2 жыл бұрын
You can either call ahead on your check-in day to request one and have it already in your room, or you can call down to the front desk from your room, and have one sent up ☺️ It usually takes anywhere from 5-15 minutes 👌🏼

What is your take on the parking cost? We will be staying off property and have a rental for two weeks of park tickets…
@BekahHart2 жыл бұрын
Here’s my hot take 🤫 If you plan on spending the entire day at a park, I would pay to park. BUT if you plan on spending just a few hours in a park, I would make a dining reservation at, for example, the Contemporary, and then walk over to Magic Kingdom. Again, only if you plan on spending a small portion of the day in the park. But for a 2 week trip, you definitely need a way to cut down on parking costs, so I hope this tip helps! 😅

If I want to plan a trip which would be about 30 days out from now, would I basically be missing out on all restaurants because it’s too late for the 60 day dining reservation window? Or are the ones that book up so fast only the real fancy ones? I know each hotel has their own restaurant too. I’m used to Disneyland and I just show up to eat when hungry. Also, is the middle of March much more crowded than the middle of February? Thank you for the video.

Trying to take my gf in mid to late February next year. She turns 21 on the 19th so we really want to go the week after her birthday. I’ve been 3 times with my family. I was too young to remember the first time and then 2 times back in high school in 2017 and 2018 since my sister was in the college program there. My girlfriend has never been. Our 3 year anniversary will be in march next year and her birthday I already said so I want to take her in between those two. Currently have tucked back 600 bucks since the beginning of the year and the goal is to save enough by November to be able to plan the trip
