Hi: Do you mind listing the actual routes you took namely which highway for scooters? Google map does not show route for Scooters only.

On the Google Map mobile app (not available on desktop), there is an option for two-wheelers route. Though I wouldn't trust it completely, it got me into trouble in Thailand recently. The best is still to look out for the coloured signs.
