Very helpful. I am planning on planting kale next year (London, England) What kind of mulch do you use ?

+Chrysoo247 I usually use sugar cane mulch. This is readily available in Australia, but I doubt it would be in the UK. You may be able to use leaf mould, straw or something I also use - mushroom compost. Good luck with your kale 😀
