Nice to see you plant asparagus. Is this something americans commonly eat? I wouldn't think so. Here is Belgium it's a true delicacy under the vegetables. We often eat it in the season with smoked salmon and Hollandaise sauce. Enjoy it, however way you eat it 🤗
