Clarisa... Justin said austin was lighter... But Mixing properly, utilizing heat(scalp, foil) and/or humidity to advantage you will get amazing lift. I was always hardcore and just bleeched hair until was white without toners haha. Took a little bit but i remember being so anti toner. Ill still lift myself super light but mixing and understamding chemistry of colour better and products etc has really helped and now its fun to just tone with different effects. Metallics junkie here haha And justin is beautiful

To avoid it hurting my school director taught me to mix the T18 with 1oz 10 volume, 1/2 oz water, 1/2 oz conditioner in bottle and apply like shampoo (the oz ratio can be adjusted to the length of the hair). This way your not brushing the tender scalp and the desired tone is achieved. 🙂

Great vid! This is Exactly how I bleached my husband's hair , it was a bit hash the first time but after with the maintenance and root touch ups, it didn't ich or anything like that. I used a level 10/8 extra lightened pearl blonde hair color and toned it with "Extra Clair" half ash(11/02) , half pearl(11/08) toner by LK. His hair looks amazing and he loves it. I like that it really makes him look younger and hip and his hair still feels great because I used colorphlex in the bleach and color. There is a lot of maintenance but it's all good cause it gives us extra time together. I even made him toner shampoo and conditioner to cut the cost down.

@nashrunner4566 жыл бұрын
Looks amazingly natural and the hair looks still in good condition. I tried this back during the summer. Went to a guy with + bleaching experience, gets my friend’s hair perfectly white. We tried mine. My natural red (even though I’m graying) would not get light enough. The toner was good. He used a blue violet something to counter some of the red resulting in a wheat blond. Not bad, but not the white I was hoping for. Maybe I’ll just get him to wash some strawberry back into it. Great videos.
@MichaelJonesCarmichaeldude6 жыл бұрын
Kevin Carson Unfortunately not everyone has suitable hair resilience to reach this level of color. Some hair would literally start to turn to mush followed quickly by losing a good deal of it down the drain. The shorter the hair the better for very light blondes! You’re constantly cutting off the damaged stuff that would want to break.
@Johnston69998 жыл бұрын
I am so surprised that he did not lose hair down the drain, even though his hair turned out beautifully. I don't think I recommend him doing this often...maybe every four to six weeks. Anyway, I loved the results!! I am so envious! .
@tancakar89878 жыл бұрын
great but just reminding that both wella and loreal Master Colour Training Courses they are making sure you do not use the plastic on the hair. As bleach needs some air to work properly. Also the heat isn't recommended for scalp bleaching . By the way i am not putting this rules these are the factory recommendations. by the way you can create this with 10/6 + 1.9% or new wella instamatic or illumina 10/69 you don't need the old wella colour.

Great video. It's not dark vs light hair as much as it's diffuse or granulose pigment. "The natural pigment of the color, called melanin, is found in the cortex of hair. ... eumelanin: granulose pigment with variable tones from red to deep black (found in higher percentage in darker hair) feumelanin: diffused pigment with variable tones from yellow to light red (found in higher percentage in lighter hair)", With granulose hair try L'Oreal Majiblond 900 and 40 vol. Austin's a gorgeous guy, and you ended up with a great color. I have to ask, why did your assistant rub the developer into his scalp after it was already saturated, and why did you rub and pull at his hair after his scalp was obviously chemically burned? You should NOT rub or agitate someone's scalp after bleaching their hair.
@DimaAntonov8 жыл бұрын
because he doesn't understand what means to be professional. bleaching powder or paste are forbidden to be used in contact with the skin with 40vol oxidant. even beginning hairdressers know it!

Hey Justin😘😘 I just have one question? Is there a reason why you use UP TO 7 instead of FlashLift?? I'm just curious, I haven't used UP To 6 since u started using FlashLift. Is it for control, because FlashLift works faster?? I've never done a comparison of the 2. Thanks luv 😘
@robinastips69868 жыл бұрын
Hey there. I'm a Redken lover. Up to 7 maybe chosen because that gives 7 levels of lift and that's probably all he needed or less. Flashlift is faster than up to 7 and it gives 9 levels of lift. It's also stronger. No need for that with his level of hair:)
