I've seen similar lights on ebay and five below if you live in the US. I'm not sure if they're the same though.

Battery-operated LED light strings - most craft stores will have them, and often (in the US) places like Walmart, Home Depot, Lowes. You may find them on sale closer to Christmas and in the days following Christmas when decorations go on sale.
