Hi Rob, I've already learned to play several Chimaira songs and I'm still learning some. Now I'm having a hard time specifically with the song Coming Alive. I would like to see some tricks, especially the intro. It's so sick, my difficulty is improving my bpm. 🤘

Hey Rob, wondering if you have a warm up/strtching routine, i know for myself being the wrong side of 40yo i find i need to warm up and stretch especially my right arm which i sometimes suffer with tendinitus in the elbow

Yeah man definitely, but it's not any type of routine or anything. I just start riffing around to get the blood flowing. Nothing too fast, or complicated, or anything where I have to exert a lot of energy. After 3 to 5 minutes or so, I'm ready to go for whatever's ahead. Now when playing live, I ALWAYS start warming up 1 hour before show time. First I'll get the blood flowing like I mentioned, and then I start riffing through riffs that I know take a lot of stamina to start getting prepared for those, and I'll also go through all of the solos I'll be playing that night. So I guess that's kind of a "routine", eh? 🤘

Hey, I got a question pertaining to that little Rode mic you use. Is it some sort of wireless mic that records in real time to the DAW, or is it self contained and records the audio to an SD card or something to be exported later? I’ve never messed with one, but I am interested in getting one.
