Hey everyone! Do you think this solo lesson is intermediate or more advanced please let me know because everyone looks at skill level differently! Thanks so much for all your support👍

This seems more advanced to me! But I definitely took some things away from the lesson for sure. Thanks Rusty’s

Intermediate to me but maybe a few advanced licks.

Just my opinion..... Can't break everything down to 3 levels. In the past 5yrs, I've gone thru several. The notes here, are not difficult, but I can see where the touch & technique could really make it sound advanced. I like your content, just subscribed. Thanks ♣️

@@billyclub56 Wow this comment is right on point! The technique is what makes players sound advanced! Knowing the notes is only part of it! I appreciate your support Billy 👍

I think the main thing that makes this lesson intermediate to advanced is because it has to be done without tabs depending on your skill it may be easy or hard I have one of these new gadgets called a Vidami foot pedal I can roll it forwards and back by touching the peddle and replay but for me it was still quite difficult to learn all the noted but learning the noted by ear will eventually come it would be a lot of work for Rusty to do tabs and I really appreciate his great lessons
@rustysguitar12 жыл бұрын
Thanks for your comment John! I really do believe that learning with out tabs puts the knowledge deep into our minds and soul! I pause videos all the time if I’m trying to learn something. And yes ear training is so important. I appreciate your kind words and support John! Enjoy your week 👍

This is a bit tricky for a beginner , especially what happens at the end 1:26 there’s too much going on ., I think in the beginning you start out with Bm pentatonic 4 th position climbing up to the first ... that’s something a beginner will have problems with because they master the first scale ... so in between yes .. those slides are a challenge but I think a lot of folks will enjoy learning from you ... what I Said before combining scales is more for the intermediate player ., the last seconds I think for intermediate and advanced ... but I think roughly 80% is something for the average player and beginner

@@rustysguitar1 well if you want to make a video about what I mentioned you have to address this to the accomplished /advanced players ... if you want to make a video especially for the beginner cut out the difficult parts ... it’s quite motivating if you can follow an online lesson and can actually play and master what has been shown ... good luck 👍
