Hi Mr. Sharples, thanks for your comment. Your not alone, many people who are new to guitar struggle with barre chords. There is really no easier way to play this song, the Bm chord is a must. Watch my channel for an upcoming lesson on barre chords I have in the works. It might just help you with play them with a bit more ease and confidence. Your can literally play hundreds of songs if you know between 7 and 10 standard chords and have a “good” understanding of how to play a basic barre chords. Trust me when I say, it is worth your time learning how to play them.
