One quick thing about Retraction, it doesn't happen during the Victor Step, it happens during the Retracting Step. This is important since any cores you pick up remain on you during the Damage Step (relevant for cards such as Stand Together, or other Domination effects). Very clear video though!

Nice video. Most tutorials out there are just too confusional, and you managed to explain everything so far in a very simple and short way. I wish this TCG would be more complex and strategic. It has a lot of potential, the mechanic of rolling bakugan is fun, and adds a lot into the game. We'll see in the future.

@@Breyer626 hi, I have an question about Evo cards. From what I had seen, most Evo cards have an little photo of the bakugan they evolve from, and that makes me ask. Ex Let's take an Core pyrus dragonoid (armoured alliance line), can I use an evo card from Battle Planet line on him or any other pyrus Dragonoid regardless if it is core or Ultra?

Does it matter if the cores are from battle planet or from armored alliance (if they use the new bakucore design or the old design) when making a deck?

1. You can use both AA and BP cores. You can even use them as a stratigy so you know which cores are which depending on if they are BP or AA cores. 2. Yes you can use bakugear cards on BP bakugan.

The new Gate Cards are very weird on the way they work. Its nothing like the old game. Well u don’t want to “modify” the Bakugan bc thats illegal for tournament play. So the best bet is trying to find a new one as a replacement. But if the defected one still grabs core decently then I wouldn’t worry about it.

Yes I believe so the cards that we have gotten so far from that set are really good. There are a lot of cards that haven't been released yet that I know of and wish we had the set so that we can play those cards.

I would get the Bakugan Pro Starter Set. Which comes with a 40 card deck, 3 Bakugan, 6 BakuCores. Which is everything you need

Ok I got my first bakugan but I’ll need to get more since one is yea not enough. My question tho is can you play bakugan without all these cards and stuff? Cuz I just want to use it as a small fun and fast board game for family and friends.

Yeah you can just play it with the cores / gatecards and Bakugan. It pretty much ends up being highest number wins though

What does it mean when a card says “energize this uncharged” or “energize the top card of your deck uncharged” ? Thank you In advance

So the cards that say"energize this uncharged" means you will put that card in your energy pile uncharged (horizontal). For the ones that say "energize the top card of your deck uncharged" means take the top card of tour deck and place it in your energy pile uncharged (horizontal). You don't get to look at the card that was energized by that effect though. Hopefully that answers your questions.

Question: could I use the core character card instead of ultra character card? Like I braw with my friend and he use a core fangzor card while using an ultra fangzor bakugan. he said:"It's fine, I except the low B power". Could this count legit?

So you can't use a different Bakugan with a different Bakugan character card. But if your at home not playing in a tournament that is up to you and your opponent.

Ok thanks I found another problem when play with my friend: he mixes the japanese ver with american ver bakugan. Some of his card and core look different from others, they have japanese words and different art design. Could this count legit to?

Yes you can any combination of Bakugan from Battle Planet, Armored Alliance, Geogan Rising on your team.

Which player goes first to play cards after the bakugans open?

So winner of previous round gets to pick and play cards first. But on turn one the player who placed cores last has priority.

1:16 will tell you how to use Baku-Gears. (you do NOT need the toy to use Baku-Gears). You will need to pay the Energy cost (top right of the card) to play that Baku-Gear from you hand and then attach it to a Bakugan.

Yes but you have to pick 3 bakugan to play with. 1 will be set aside and not used.

What does the sword icon mean?

The sword means Baku-Gear. So that will be equipped to a Bakugan. You an only have 1 gear on a Bakugan at a time. There is a similar icon but it has 2 Swords. That means Duel Gear, that is a Baku-Gear that can be equipped to a Bakugan as a second gear. That will let you have 2 Baku-Gears equipped to 1 Bakugan. There should also be card text for the Duel Gears on the card so you know how to play it.

Doesn't mention what happens with the flip cards effects during a team attack. If one holds a helix and it's a stop helix, does it end? If you flip all 3 of your bakugans' colors during damage, does it stop then? Where do the rules say you combine the damage anyway? It's clearer if you do 3 separate attacks, one after another, no? Then the flip cards apply as normal, same as during individual attack. There is nothing mentioned about baku-action cards either. What are those? Baku-gear? Nanogan? Geogan? Evolutions of different types? Way too many questions left unanswered.

They mention Gear? Also I'm pretty sure flip-stops only work based on whatever the leading Bakugan of the team attack is. It is counted as a single attack, led by the last one opened
