Marty, first off I'd like to thank you for being my online guitar teacher for the last 3 years, your easy to follow and in depth lesson have helped me progress so much in my playing it astonishes me. Now I know it's a long shot, and im almost sure you wont get another request for this song but i think it would make a great lesson and alot of people would love to learn Crazy Rap (Colt 45) by Afro Man. There is a super awesome cover on youtube, search "crazy rap (colt 45) IMMENSE guitar cover" I've been trying to learn by watching this video but I'm having a lot of difficulty. If you could help out and put a tutorial up for that version it would be insanely helpful. thank you for everything you've done for me and my guitar and keep the great lessons coming!

Beautiful - awesome acknowledgement to Albert and Eric, Jack & Ginger. Must admit I was exposed to this by Cream at a "Wharehouse" bargain bin of tapes with the original album on Cassette Tape in 1992 for $0.25! About the best quarter I ever spent in the USA beyond penny stocks. Keep up the good work brother.

@@michaelbenjamin2625 Easiest thing would be to get a slow-downer, and watch what Marty does in slow-mo. Or watch any of the other covers of the song in slow-mo. There are browser plug-ins that do this very easily. I have Transpose Pro. When I have trouble catching what someone is doing, I put it on 65% speed, that usually makes it clear.

Marty just wanna thank you !!! My playing has improved exponentially (like the word) not bad for a Boston guy lol Mucrobiology class, but really though my playing has taking on a MIND of its own which is to say I’m playing from my heart my gut, but in there lies my problem I want play more cerebrally. For instance Ny buddies will be over and we smoke feel nice they tell me to play and I say put in the radio classic rock almost any song shit I never tried and I can play it at least accompany it in a way that sounds cool but Ny mind is s spectator while I play from my gut if I try to think I get analysis paralysis ya know , how to bridge the two or do I need to
