Hi Julia why the G string is so hard to bow and it seems that the bow is not moving smoothly and I can't get a consistent sound I practice it doesn't sound romantic

Sometimes you need more pressure when playing on the G string because it is thicker for it to sound nice. That being said, you gradually decrease pressure as you move to the upper strings. The E string needing the least pressure to sound nice. Does that make sense?
